Armin Mahramzadeh is committed to helping address the climate crisis. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Armin has seen climate impacts worsen and the rate of climate emergencies dramatically increase in his own backyard, from extreme heat to wildfires to droughts.
With over seven years of experience working in communications and non-profits, Armin oversees all communications as the Communications Manager at Climate Resolve. His focus is on spreading awareness of Climate Resolve’s mission, advocacy, and ongoing projects. In addition, Armin strives to develop and implement messaging that energizes Angelenos to support big, bold climate action.
Prior to Climate Resolve, Armin was the Communications Manager at CFA Society Los Angeles, a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting ethics in finance and building support for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Politics and minor in Legal Studies. Armin still lives in Los Angeles and enjoys watching all things film and TV, playing basketball and tennis, rooting for the Lakers, eating good food, listening (and dancing) to music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
