Bio:
Lorena Palacios is a sustainability and climate resilience project manager with experience in facilitating climate resilience and sustainability planning for the transportation and higher education sector in Los Angeles. Lorena gained international experience as the program manager for the Italian Trade Commission in charge of the design and execution of the agency’s climate change strategy in Mexico under the Kyoto Protocol. Prior to these experiences, Lorena provided legal advice on environmental and energy regulatory affairs to the private sector, government, international organizations, and non-profits in her native Mexico City.
